Movement Class: Tyler's Contact Improv classes have evolved from his Partner Yoga experience and his time at Ecstatic Dance to practice his offering of sharing Dance with another, playing with Shared Weight, and Center of Balance, Rolling & Sliding Point of Contact, Fluid Lifts, Floor Play, and other dynamics present in this deep, intimate, playful practice. His classes are easy for beginners to understand, and deep enough for dancers of all levels.
