BCS Original - $12.99 BCS Biscotti - $22.99 BCS Sir Isaac - $22.99 BCS Coffee - $22.99 BCS Barleywine - $39.99 BCS 30yr Stout - $39.99 Item Details Original: Thirty years after crafting the very first bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, we’ve learned that to have the best beer, you start with the best ingredients . Barrels are such an important ingredient, and we continue to use only the best our friends on the bourbon trail have to offer. 2022 Original Bourbon County Brand Stout is aged in a mix of freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey distilleries. Barrel-aged for an average of 12 months, the Original Bourbon County Stout boasts deeply developed flavors of fudge, vanilla and caramel with a rich, decadent mouthfeel. 13.8% and 14.3% alc Biscotti At Goose Island, we believe ideas and inspiration can come from anyone in the Goose family, and our Biscotti Stout is a perfect example that came from our very own HR team. Inspired by the Italian desserts of her childhood, our People Manager Jill Cerone, dreamed up this variant after grabbing a box of chocolate-dipped biscotti from her cabinet. Working with the brewing team, Jill brought the flavors to life with cocoa nibs, toasted almonds & anise. These ingredients showcase and compliment flavors already found in our Bourbon County Stout and adds strong notes of nostalgia from any Nonna’s kitchen. 14.3% Sir Isaac's Stout For years, brewers at Goose Island have brainstormed ways to incorporate the subtle flavors of figs into Bourbon County Stout. This year, members of the Goose Island Ecommerce team, Melissa Alleguez and Ryan Hubona, crafted a recipe inspired by Melissa’s childhood memories of stealing fig cookies out of her grandma’s cookie jar during her summers on Lake Michigan. Amplifying flavors of dried fruit often found in bourbons, our brewers used 10,000 pounds of Black Mission figs in addition to graham crackers to create this variant resulting in a decadent combination of dried fruit, honey, molasses and citrus. 13.9% alc Coffee Stout In 2010, we released the first-ever Bourbon County Stout variant, and our Goose Island Bourbon County Coffee Stout has been a fan favorite ever since. For the first time since 2017, we are bringing back a coffee variant in partnership with our friends & neighbors Intelligentsia Coffee. This coffee is called Turihamwe, which means “together” in Kirundi, and is a perfect tribute to all the hands that go into making it. From the female owned coffee farms in Burundi that produced the blend, to our friends at Intelligentsia, the first brand we worked with on a variant back in 2010. The result is another outstanding coffee variant featuring notes of rich chocolate, roasted coffee and caramel that will appeal to coffee drinkers and beer lovers alike. 13.2% Old Fitz Barleywine For this reserve, we worked with our friends over at Old Fitzgerald to obtain three exceptional sets of barrels of varying ages from the distillery's Old Fitzgerald’s BottledIn-Bond Decanter Series. This reserve afforded us a remarkable opportunity to highlight the subtle nuances found only in 14-year, 16-year and 17-year-old bourbon barrels. Bringing back our classic English-style Barleywine for the first time since 2018, we knew this was going to be something special. Our Two-Year Barleywine Reserve evokes the rich intricacies from that of Old Fitzgerald’s Bottled-In-Bond series for a velvety taste of rich malt, entwined with notes of toffee, cherry, fig, and almond. 17% 30th Anniversary After 30 years, we still find every year crafting Bourbon County Stout more fulfilling than the last. It all started as an idea shared over cigars and whiskey between Greg Hall and Master Distiller Booker Noe of Jim Beam and then was brewed to commemorate our 1,000th batch of Goose Island beer. This year we honor that partnership in our 30th Anniversary Stout. Aged in barrels from each of Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection and blended together, this complex yet balanced expression showcases the heritage and legacy of both brands. Celebrating their 30th anniversaries as well, Booker’s, Baker’s, Basil Hayden and Knob Creek each express their own unique voices in this truly once in a lifetime release. 14.4% *BCS Proprietor's is not available in Indiana PLEASE NOTE: AN EVENTBRITE TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ALLOCATION...
