NORWICH, CT - A Taftville resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwich earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 7, Justin Gould, of Taftville, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from Ammy's Food Stop in Norwich and won $10,000.
