Sports serve as an epic canvas for exploring the power of human potential. To help their audience see beyond the stats, headlines and hot takes, great storytellers employ tactics spanning the visual and metaphorical to unveil the deeper meaning within. Join the Emmy award-winning production team from Religion of Sports for a discussion at its House of Fútbol to learn how those tools — from cinematographic approaches to narrative development — can reveal the relationship between sports mythology and the human condition, and help create more compelling stories. At this event, you’re also invited to explore the rest of the House of Fútbol experience, which includes works chronicling the history of the World Cup, screenings of our favorite soccer films and other creator content, as well as interactive ways to explore why the sport conjures such religious fervor by the masses.
