Bidesiya Group is bringing their 2nd year of Litti Chikha Mela event to you all to promote the famous food from UP and Bihar - Litti Chokha along with special attraction "Champaran Meat" We will have both Vegeterian and Non- Vegeterian options this year. Litti, along with chokha, is a complete meal originating from the Indian state of Bihar and parts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Champaran meat also known as Ahuna mutton originated in the Champaran district of Bihar and is famous for the slow cooking of Mutton / Chicken - the use of whole spices and slow cooking on coal and earthen pot gives it a unique flavor that has given birth to many outlets in Bihar / UP claiming to be the original Champaran meat. The Mela will have the Litti Chokha Thali, Champarn Meat thali and more food items. Cultural programs and many more activities which promote our culture will follow!
