We are back at it again serving the community with another Hiit fit power up event!! Come and work off that turkey and dressing with us November 27th at the Merrick Park Center suite 127. We have our amazing Host Coach Court encouraging and motivating all of our attendees to push themselves! We have our amazing certified trainers JD The Connect & Bigg Raee in the building. We will also have the one and only Meditation Master Dr.Nik ending our session with some meditation to help start our day and week!! Each event gets bigger and better.
