THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR VOLUNTEERS ONLY College Prep Saturday will consist of free, half-day workshops designed to help middle and high school students from diverse socio-economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds—and their parents—prepare, plan, and pay for college. Breakout session topics include preparing for and applying to college, choosing a college that’s the right fit, writing a personal statement, researching financial aid and scholarship opportunities, and understanding the real cost of college. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist at the YLC College Prep Saturday.  The volunteer shifts are as follows: - Morning: 7:00 AM-11:00 AM - All Day: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM Volunteer roles vary but include tasks suck as set-up, check-in, and breakdwon.  Lunch will be provided!  The registration deadline is Friday, November 25, 2022.  Please contact Leticia Castillo at [email protected] with any questions.  Feel free to forward this messate to other potential volunteers.
