ESSENTIAL DUTIES (DAILY AND WEEKLY): • Perform Daily Cleaning for the property as scheduled. • Perform Zone Cleaning for the property as scheduled. • Performing light housekeeping duties (e.g., keeping bedroom. Bathroom, kitchen, living room clean) in Elder’s house. • Do laundry as needed in property and Elder’s house. • Knowing what specific cleaning or housekeeping products and tools are utilized. • Support Standard of cleaning when areas are cleaned. • Know how often an area or item is currently cleaned. • Clothing and Valet to include laundry, ironing, steaming, dry cleaning management, clothing care and closet organization. • Receive visitors and deliveries. • Schedule of linen changes. • Inventory of linens and proper care. • Assist nurses as requested. • Serving as a companion to patient. • Transporting patient to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc. with the nurses. • Managing medication if needed. • Preparing meals that are delivered by the Chef if needed. • Cook and serve breakfast if needed. • Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills. • Providing bathing and dressing assistance as requested. • Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing team. • Watch TV and listening to music with patient. • Following patient care plan with the nurses. • Communicating with families, co-workers, and supervisors regarding care. • Assisting with transfer and mobility. • Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. OTHER DUTIES: • CNA-Assist the nurses taking the Elder to the doctor as requested. • Assist nurses moving Elder to other houses on the property. • Assist the nurses for other tasks as requested. • Maintain household cleaning product and tools inventory. • Maintain household goods and equipment inventory. • Shopping for medication, food, and some kitchen supplies. • Complete Housekeeping projects as assigned. • Perform tasks as needed by Principals Estate Manager.
