Job Description and Responsibilities: Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Working With And Managing a Team Experience in Operating 4000 PSI Pressure Washer or Similar Heavy Equipment Experience in Roof Cleaning, Sidewalks, Parking Garages, Gum Removal, Etc. Ability to Maintain and Make Repairs to Pressure Cleaning Equipment Managing Warehouse Inventory and Communicating What Needs to Be Ordered Make Sure All Vehicles Are Clean, Stocked And Ready For Jobs Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Shop Ability to Drive a 16’-24’ Flat Bed Truck a Major Plus Job Requirements and Qualifications: Be Physically Fit and Able to Walk or Stand 8 to 10 Hours Per Shift Lift 35 to 75 Pounds Pull And/Or Pull 35 to 75 Pounds Be Able To Work In Outdoor Elements of Florida All Year Round Must Be Able To Climb 1 to 4 Story Ladder and Work On Roofs At Those Heights Must Have Your Own Transportation To And From Work Valid Florida Driver’s License Must Pass Background and Drug Test Most Important! Eagerness to Learn, Good Attitude and Strong Work Ethic Working Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Some Weekends: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Some Overnights: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Hours are primarily Monday thru Friday during the day but some weekends and overnights may be required based on our current jobs scheduling demands.
