"Survival of the Seedling challenge" Workshop (In-Person)

In Partnership with the Miramar Community Garden conducted by Master Gardener Rita Brown. Our Back to School workshop would challenge kids to take care of their seedling and keep a weekly record of the seedlings progress. Open to ages 5 and up. The first class in this two part series will be held on September 10th. Participants will be given their very own seedling and all of the information they will need to properly care for the seedlings. The second class in this two part series will be held on December 10th. Participants will bring their grown seedling, discuss their process and have the chance to earn awards on various categories.
