In this class Carol will assist you to achieve a relaxed state of mind through light hypnosis and then gently guide you into a past-life (or lives) for your own personal discovery. Looking into your past lives can help you understand certain situations in your present life such as fears, phobias, depression, love of certain people, places, and things. You can also clear old contracts, vows or promises made that are no longer beneficial to your current life. The intention for this session can be your highest level of good, personal discovery or just have fun and check things out. Bring a pen and a notepad.
