Focus Group for Patients on Type 2 Diabetes

We are looking to speak with Type 2 Diabetes patients who either use Non-insulin injections and/or Insulin pen injections for ONE HOUR virtual interview. Availability of the dates is between Monday, Nov. 21st to Tuesday, Nov. 29th (excluding Thanksgiving holiday break) with various times open thru out the days. If you qualify and fully participate you will receive $150 for your time and feedback given. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and email us yourname, contact information, state you reside in and the best time to reach you and to see if you qualify! * We will ask name of your medication(s) and picture of it as a prove for verification purposes.
