Heater and Lighting Repair for 74-year-old Disabled Veteran

I'm a cold 74-year-old disabled veteran needing help. I live alone full-time in an RV, and my heater is malfunctioning. It will blow air, but not warm air. A handyman looked at it and bumped a few wires, and the heat worked for several days, then stopped. Here's a video that explains what it could be: It is a 2018 Thor A.C.E. 30.4. I also have a problem with the wiring to the outside awning lights. A handyman installed a new strip of lights, but there is a problem between the lights and the switch. I can't see very well, and when I fall, I can't get up. The lights will enable me to leave a hand free as I navigate in and out of the RV.
