My wife and I have started flipping houses. Our company is SUR VNT Properties LLC. We are in search of someone who can work on our projects for us. We currently have two properties we are flipping, one is in the northland and the other is in Fairway. PT/FT. Weekly pay, $30 per hr and up depending on experience Scope of work: *Demo *Light framing *Opening walls & installing headers *rough & finish plumbing *light electrical work *Interior & exterior paint *Minor Landscape (including light tree trimming) *Installing window trim *Drywall *Ceilings *Tile & LVP installation *Kitchen Cabinet Installation *Deck Must have your own tools References or examples of past work preferred All construction material and finishings will be provided.
