Skipping the Turkey this Thanksgiving!

I've had a turkey dinner every Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember, but I'm rethinking that idea this year. My now ex-girlfriend never made a turkey in her life and couldn't care less about the traditional holiday dinner spread. This year that thought has me rethinking my holiday dinner plans! The same now ex-girlfriend also introduced me to the finer aspects of Mexican cuisine and the fine dining it could be. I'm thinking that for a change in tradition that I'd try to find a Mexican place that was open on Thanksgiving somewhere in the Hampton area. Anybody have some place they could suggest?
