**Gourmet Food Sales Assistant Needed**

Looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to assist in our booth over 2 weekends! If you enjoy meeting new people and are looking for a high-energy job where you can utilize your personality and influence this may be a great fit. Your primary role is to interest the customer in sampling and ultimately purchasing Gourmet Food at the Christmas Carousel and the Junior League of Raleigh Shopping Spree 2022 at the Jim Graham Building at the NC State Fairgrounds. Ideally the candidate would be available on all of the following dates/times: (We know this may not be possible...we'll figure out solution that meets both our needs) Christmas Carousel: - Friday, November 25th, 10am - 4pm - Saturday, November 26th, 10am - 4pm - Sunday, November 27th, 11am-3pm Shopping Spree: - Thursday, December 1st and - Friday, December 2nd, 10am - 4pm - Saturday, December 3rd, 10am - 4pm - Sunday, December 4th, 11am-3pm - Pay is $17.50 per hour. Any/All earnings will be paid at of day on the respective Sunday. Responsibilities - Qualifications: ● Prior Specialty Sales Experience preferred, but not required. It is your energy/personality that will get you the gig! ● You must be available all days and have reliable transportation. ● Must be 18 years or older. ● Have the desire and ability to engage, interact, and sell a product(s) to the consumer in a positive manner. ● Make change and process credit cards transactions. ● Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
