Quality horse care, charming older farm with 2 barns ( one brand new) both with hot and cold water, 27 acres of trails, pole line assess, fenced sand arena, some outside lighting, stalls with turnouts, heated water buckets, generous hay. Close to Westbrook, Portland, Scarborough. Looking for mature, responsible horse owner to share some barn/ animal care for half price/ reduced board. Must be able to tolerate some pasture, get along with mares, no vices, have vet references. Please tell me a bit about your horse, your experience with horse care, and your availability. Thank you!
