Looking for a real estate investor to help convert my 2 car garage into a Studio Apartment to rent out for the Masters Tournament and ongoing. Open to terms but had in mind a 50/50 split on profits from rentals etc. Great area in Evans low traffic established neighborhood with double size lot. Actually there is room for another house.
