Looking for resources

Looking to help a young mom getting back on her feet. She left an abusive marriage and is on her own with 4 kids, 3 girls ages 5,6 and 15 and a son age 14. She has just gotten on her feet and found a place to rent, she is on a very limited income right now and cannot afford much. I have been able to help get her a few things she needs for her home like dishes and pots and pans and some other things. The younger 2 girls ages 5 and 6 are in need of warm clothing girls sizes 7 and 8 and shoes size 12 1/2 and 13 girls. the older girl age 15 needs shoes size 9 and 1/2w womens and hat and gloves. And older boy age 14 needs shoes size 10 1/2 men's. The family is in need of hygiene items and other household items. If anyone can point me in the right direction of resources for this family, also if there's anyone that has any gently used toys or items they can use for Christmas or can point me in the right direction of help for them I would really appreciate it.
