Change Filters for Heater/AC and yard-work and helper

Job 1. I need someone to change my filters, please tell me how much? You would need to get the filters, I don’t know their sizes. Also if anyone has any suggestions, I changed my bedroom carpet but we found one bucket of dust, it has been over a month, I still can’t sleep in my new house because the dust makes me sick, I have asma and weak lungs, I used this machine for 4 weeks now and other air purifiers but still a lot of dust.
