Bring your yoga mat, small towel, and water. If you have an extra mat to share during the event please and thank you! We will be practicing Yoga with Kay and finishing strong with Josie facilitating Qigong. Open to all levels of experience. We welcome families to join as well. Kids are usually with us. Please visit the group description for more info on how we operate. A one time safety waiver will need to be signed by each participant. Parents can sign for their kiddos. We only need these once a year so only newcomers will need to sign it in the future. Meet us near the restroom facilities by the soccer fields.
