Do you feel stuck in your life? Are you struggling with a place to feel authentic or feel truly heard or seen? Do you feel like you are searching for something more, but you aren't sure what it is? If any of these questions resonate with you, then the Women's Empowerment Community Circle is the space for you, and we are so excited to connect with you. In this month's meeting of the Women's Empowerment Community Circle, we will be creating self empowerment through connection and shared experiences that will center around navigating change in our lives. This month's focus of the group is all about navigating change and receiving it into your life with grace and with ease. Change is truly the only constant in our lives, and often with it comes some of the most challenging hardships we can encounter in life. By connecting on the topic of change, together we will co-create a safe space to process the changes we are each dealing with and we will empower each other through shared experiences and the power of being witnessed in our unique positions in life. We will also explore tools and resources that you can utilize in your everyday life to help you navigate change with more ease and grace. As we are winding up the season of Autumn, and entering the season of Winter soon, so too can the seasons of our life go through these "seasonal" changes. Together in this month's circle we will engage in practices and shared experiences that will empower you to more easily receive and navigate the changes in your life. There is no magic wand, and no one has all of the answers for life, however, together we can support, empower, and connect to our inner power and to each other so that we may feel rejuvenated, recharged, and ready to take on whatever changes life may have in store for us now, or in the future.
