Every December in Cali, Colombia a festival happens "La Feria De Cali" its known for the celebration of Salsa Music. We wanted to bring a little bit of the festivities to Lowell, showcasing the salsa music with DJ Cali a "Crazy Hour/Hora Loca" and many more surprises!
