Oakland Student Service (OSS) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization focused on student engagement in volunteerism and the local community in Oakland, California. Join us as we return to Verdese Carter Park for our second "OSS Park" Workday. In July 2022, OSS adopted Verdese Carter Park from the city of Oakland, leaving the maintenance and revitalization of the park up to us! Luckily, OSS boasts one of the largest volunteer networks in Oakland, filled with dedicated and energetic youth excited to serve the community! We hope to see all of you out there on December 3rd at 9 AM to paint, garden, and clean. Snacks, food, water, and refreshments will be provided. Tools, gloves, and supplies will also be provided.
