Full Job Description We are offering an immediate opening for an experienced lead Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. What we look for: 2+ year(s) full-time employment working as a Landscape Supervisor Ability to lead a team for success! Lead all landscape activities of the crew. Ensure that all crew members have the required safety material, training and tools needed to complete the job. Prepare the landscape rig to be ready every morning Complete the daily landscape route Organization skills and punctuality is a must Provide cost estimates for repairs needed Ability to work with others and drive the potential of each team member to the fullest Valid Driver's License Eager and ready to work and grow as a team! Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
