Just in time for the holidays, our annual "Celebration Libations" is back and bubblier than ever. Join us for our once-a-year look at Champagne, Sparkling Wine and Bubbly Cocktails. This class also kicks off the return of House of Effervesence, which will run at DrinkWell from December 19-31st. Due to the popularity of this class, we will be offering TWO sessions -- an afternoon seating from 2-4pm and an evening session from 6-8pm. Please make sure you are buying a ticket for the correct time slot. Learn about the various styles of sparkling wine made around the world, when to save & when to splurge, and how to best use sparkling wines in your favorite cocktails at home. You will also see (and perhaps get to participate in!) a sabering demonstration. Ticket for this session will include a two sparkling wine cocktails and a guided flight of 6 wines, including at least 3 true Champagnes. A light assortment of cheeses, fruits & patisseries will accompany each flight. Tasting & discussion hosted by DrinkWell owner, Jessica Sanders. Space is limited for both sessions to maximize convivial conversation. 21+ only!
