With the holidays arriving, it can be a tender and challenging time for many around feelings of loss. At Grieve and Breathe, we always wish for more time to connect and go deeper together...in early December, we'll have that opportunity! Our weekend long retreat on December 2nd - 4th at Light and Space will be a nourishing and healing experience. As well as a very special, private visit to Ecotopia hot springs, our group will sit in Council, move our grief through Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Soundbath, Cacao ceremony and more. We are very grateful that Karen Nitsche will be offering her wonderful class 'Contact Beyond Contact' and we’ll share in delicious food by Simone Temkin of Abundance Catering.
