As the lovers of fine wines with a collection of more than 10,000 bottles, it seemed inevitable, then, that they would eventually set their sights on producing stylish wines in the Napa Valley the love. That opportunity came in 2004 when they purchased their property in the Oak Knoll region, built caves and developed 15 acres, and then released in 2007 one barrel of Cabernet Sauvignon that was exclusive to charity auctions and family.
