Rinderle Door Company is seeking an individual to be in charge of our highly impactful warehouse. The RDC Warehouse is the hub for all product flow and a home base for our technicians. A person in this position will be responsible for making the daily operations of Rinderle Door’s physical property and live inventory run like a Swiss clock. Duties of the Role: • Maintain clean and organized warehouse • Load/unload trucks with technicians • Order and maintain stock materials • Work closely with Vendors • Control inventory • Manage Fleet/Vehicles (scheduling repairs, etc) • Shipping and Receiving Duties • Special projects & fabrication • Operation of forklift and other equipment • Warehouse innovation/process improvement What is Required of You? • Honesty and care for others • Own basic set of tools • Clean driving record • Good physical condition for loading and unloading materials • Mechanically Inclined • Responsible • Detailed / Accurate • Warehouse experience The Benefits: • Company Provided Uniforms (for all seasons) • Health Insurance if needed (starts at company covering 60% and coverage increases to fully paid premiums after 5 years) • Company-Funded SEP Plan (profit sharing!) • Performance-based wages (market competitive) • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays • Company outings & social events • Strong, fun, positive team committed to excellence • Amazing & loyal customers to work with!
