Join us in learning how to prepare freezer meals that the whole family will love. You'll learn how spending just 1 hour of prep time can give you multiple meals that are nutritious and delicious. This workshop will be held Thursday, February 2nd from 2-3:30pm, includes a taste test and 3 take home freezer meals. Class fee is $35 via credit/debit card through Eventbrite or cash/check at our office. Space is limited, so reserve your seat today! The last date to register is January 29th. I do accept refund requests, however Eventbrite charges a fee for using credit/debit cards and you will be responsible for those fees upon your refund.
