Location and Time:Location: The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch (the RKR)

Description and Policy: This meal is the opportunity to relate the basics of food and beverage combinations in a business setting. We will enjoy three courses at the table and a short reception with passed hors d'oeuvre and sparkling wine at the beginning. There will be (2) tables of six to eight students for each lunch and/or dinner. If you “no show” or “no call”, you are not allowed to reschedule. Please make sure to register for one ticket only. We will be checking reservations. If you pick more than 1 date, one of the two seats will be canceled.The dress code is business casual.Please arrive on time.
