MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 5, Kelvin Wilson, of Middletown, purchased a Skee-Ball ticket from the Sunoco A-Plus in Middletown and won $25,000.
