7 week puppy for Rehoming

Henry is a 7 week old puppy, who needs a new home. I'm trying to potty train him the most I can, however my roommates are starting to get mad because he's still peeing everywhere. Yes I know he's a puppy but that doesn't give an excuse to tell me he needs to go potty or not. I'll take the post down when he has found a new home. I am asking for a small Rehoming fee. He is a boxer, bulldog, German Shepherd mix.
