Level 1 of Usui Reiki is for self healing and offering this natural method of healing and relaxation to friends, pets and family. Join Reiki Master Teacher, Aya Cardeiro, for this Usui Reiki Level 1 training retreat on Saturday, January 7th. You will be immersed in this in-depth, mentor style training and certified in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage. ~ Usui Reiki history ~ Guided meditations ~ Learn how energy healing works through discussion and exercises. ~ Learn self energy cleansing techniques ~ Self Reiki hand positions ~ Reiki hand positions for pets and loved ones ~ Reiki level 1 attunements for life long access to Reiki healing ~ Opportunities to practice self Reiki and Reiki on others ~ Confidence in your use of Reiki ~ Learn how to work with your intuition ~ Bring a notebook or journal ~ Wear cozy clothes ~ We will break for an hour lunch and smaller breaks as needed.
