General Policies: Full payment is due at time of booking.The host is responsible for providing all food, drink, plates, utensils, etc. The Seymour Center does not provide party supplies.The host is responsible for cleaning up after themselves after the party, removing all trash, wiping down the table cloths and returning them to the front desk. No smoking anywhere on the property.No alcohol or beverages in glass containers.No food, drink or gum inside the Exhibit Hall or on Shipwreck Deck.No entertainers, performers or live animals.NO BALLOONS OR CONFETTIPlease do not dump food scraps, ice, oil, etc. anywhere except the garbage.Please do not dump ice on the native plants. Stay on walkways and not on the native plantsChildren must be chaperoned at all times.
