Found cat male black & white

Found male cat. Black and white. He has been coming around for months. He is friendly and likes neck rubs. He belonged to someone at one time. Now he wants in the house but that is not an option. I took him to a Vet and got him up to date on shots. Unfortunately he tested positive for feline lukemia and cat HIV so he can’t be around my other cats. If you would like to help this cat I’m sure he will be a loyal companion. Please Text . Thanks.
