Please join the nationally recognized Griffith & Company at a special holiday concert featuring Todd Tilghman, winner of "The Voice." This event will take place on Sunday, December 4, at the Birmingham Public Library (BPL). Proceeds will benefit programs at all 18 of BPL's branches. Blending the sounds of country, gospel, worship, and classic rock music, Todd Tilghman's raspy, soulful voice, contagious enthusiasm, and tangible authenticity definitely stand out in a crowd. Todd is best known as the winner of the 18th Season of NBC's "The Voice." Todd describes his music as a "slice of life." He shares real lyrics about real life and faith, often finding it challenging to squeeze inside a particular genre. "I just want people to hear the music and immediately remember experiences in their own lives. [...] I want to do what I can with my music to share with the world those things that are universally important to us all: love, and family, and faith, and the passing of time, and I'll throw in a little soul and some fun too." Griffith & Company was formed when Adam and Erika Catt joined husband-and-wife team Tony and Julie Griffith, along with their children Caleb and Jaidyn, to form this popular musical group. With backgrounds in multiple musical genres, the band has created a recipe-for-success sound that is driven by their love of faith, family, and country. Griffith & Company presents high-energy concerts filled with tight harmonies and seasoned musicianship. The band performs at fairs, festivals, theme parks, corporate events, conferences, arenas, performing art centers, and churches.
