I need a person for maintenance on a 24 unit apartment complex. The person would need to be a 1099 employee and the job would not be full time but sometimes would require as much as 40 hours a week.
The skills needs are flooring, basic plumbing and heating, tile installation, painting, appliance repair, window installation, countertop installation, basic electrical.
I am a friendly boss and usually work with people for many years. I need someone who is skilled, flexible and professional.
The community is mostly Spanish speaking.
