30th BDay event looking for male server/bartender

I'm looking to hire a male server to work with the bartender for a lady's 30th birthday brunch. It's for a 6 hour duration starting at 12:30pm. They will be having a taco and brunch kind of event at the personal residence. The cocktail drinks are cognac and tequila based, which there will be about 2 drinks each. The payout is $125 for the entire day. The attire is jeans and a white or black button down shirt. Aprons are entirely optional.
