Remove Kohler Drain Lift Bucket

Description
My Kohler bathtub won't drain. There is no hair nor physical blockage preventing draining. What's happened is the mechanism that forces the weighted LIFT BUCKET has separated at its linkage (See, RED circled area in Diagram). About 6" down the drain's overflow pipe sits the bottom linkage, and the LIFT BUCKET is in the CLOSED position (See, BLUE circled area in Diagram). It needs to be LIFTED OUT and REMOVED. Skilled FISHERMAN needed to pull it up and out so that the TUB will drain. Thought to use a MAGNET, but the linkage is made of Brass. Or Copper? Magnet won't work. Skill will. Your skill. See Diagram, attached to this post. The diagram shows my Kohler bathtub overflow and how it attaches to the drain assembly. Trip Lever and first 6" Linkage have been removed. Free access. Clean. Well-lit. Nothing rusted, rotted nor corroded all pipes (visible from access door) are in good shape, show NO leaks. The problem here is the LIFT BUCKET is bottomed-out, blocking the drain and it needs to be fished-out and removed. Once the LIFT BUCKET is removed, tub will drain. As long as its in its lowest position sitting at the very bottom, it CLOSES the drain. Once lifted water flows freely down the drain. Problem is that, using a hanger as a "fishing rod" I cannot seem to grab the lower linkage and pull it UP. I can't see down the hole thus FINDING IT is like trying to pick a lock that you can't see inside. YOU know how. Or you have a special tool? Fibre optic scope to see down the hole? Use of a dentists mirror? Not sure how its done. I am not a Plumber, but guessing not ONLY plumbers can do this. Plumber obviously preferred but willing to give anyone to fish it out. Me, using a wire hanger, just can't seem to grab and lift it. I made 30 minutes of attempts to find the top of the linkage and pull it up and OUT. But have not been successful and am tossing this on CL perhaps the CL gods will produce someone who will probably have that thing out in minutes because they know how. If that is YOU, I pay $100 cash ON SUCCESS, whether it takes 5 mins or 50 mins makes no matter, still $100 upon SUCCESS defined by: REMOVING OR RAISING THE LIFT BUCKET so that water can flow down the drain. Work can be done now. 24/7 available to open door, give access & pay cash. Once the drain is lifted (by Gig person) found here, this POST will be removed. If POST is still up, the GIG is still available. It is now Midnite on 11/19. Please get this done so we can bathe again. Thanks. See diagram, attached. Thanks,
