Young cat with 2 kittens

I took in a young cat that had just had two kittens this summer. The kittens are around 14 weeks old and very sweet. I can't bring them into my house and they are living in a covered porch. They are cold and the Humane Society doesn't have room for them. I can't let them outside due to a neighborhood dog that has killed several of my neighbor's cats. They are box trained and very sweet.
