Looking to split my great little studio space in Crown Heights at 71 Schenectady Ave. Looking for just one person starting in December. Big rehearsal studio building that is actually very quiet a lot of the time. The room is roughly 15’x8’ with the following features: -24/7 access -Vintage 60’s drum set (sometimes modern Tama setup) -Standing desk with Kali monitor speakers and TV screen -Presonus audiobox 2 input interface for your use - Studio lights (one large soft box and one Neewer panel) - 11 acoustic panels, corner foam wedges, and one large cloud ceiling panel - mini fridge - microwave About me: 33 y/o freelance drummer. I don’t rehearse with a band here, mostly practice and record. YOU: Ideally a guitarist, bassist, producer or horn player. Drummer could also work as well. Responsible, clean and trustworthy. This space is not really big enough for a band rehearsal but a trio could possibly work pending my approval. You will have a small amount of storage space, possibly more if I build another shelf above the door. Rent is $300 per person a month. Text me to come see the place.
