Albany Law School seeks qualified candidates to perform general building repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Maintenance work may include painting, sheetrock repair, carpentry, general plumbing and minor electrical work. This position also processes incoming and outgoing mail, and completes basic print and copy jobs. If you have general maintenance skills, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, we will train you on the mailing, copying and printing aspects of the job.
Qualification Standards:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum two years of general maintenance experience to include painting, sheetrock repair, and carpentry. Basic plumbing and electrical experience helpful, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
