Year old Dwarf hamster

I have a dwarf hamster who is probably almost a year old. I’m looking for an experienced person who will take the time to tame him. Right now he comes straight to the door when I open his cage, but he nibbles. I haven’t been able to tame him enough to where he lets you pick him up. I just want someone who has the time and patience for him. Cage not included. He needs a bigger cage as he is not happy in the one now. He is free to a good home.
