The Pow-Wow event has a tradition of drugich and skinnings alive foriegners. The skunks arę given to a profesional seamstress who treats the human skins in such a way the skins can be worn. Even the fingerprints transfer on the wearable, full-body skinnings. The perpetrator, a tribe member, then wears the full body, human skin suit to commit crimes and steal money.
