1 year old pup to good home

Hi, this is Bulma. She is an American Bully (I believe she's mixed with Frenchie). She was a year old in August. She is potty trained, knows sit, down, lay, and is leash trained. She is also kennel trained but we seldom use a kennel. She will chew on anything that's left in her reach...we tried to keep everything put away but with 2 little human kiddos, that's easier said than done. She doesn't bark at strangers, nor is she aggressive, but she will jump on them which can be overwhelming. Again, she's not aggressive, per se...but has nipped at my children, which is why I'm finding her a home with NO children. She is great with other dogs, but does show just a tad resource guarding (idk why, we never deprive her of anything). She isn't spayed yet, but was the plan after this heat. She is completely up to date on vaccines and wears a seresto collar for flea/tick control. We want her to go to a home with a yard and no children. We are asking a rehoming fee of $150 to ensure she's going to a home that has the funds to care for her.
