We are thrilled to share that National Louis will be piloting a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training certificate program in winter 2023.This is a great opportunity for anyone who is exploring new career options or who is passionate about improving the lives of people with Autism or other developmental disabilities. Our NLU division, Accelerate U, focuses on allowing learners to attain an industry recognized credential and employment in an rewarding field with the ability to earn university credits in pursuit of higher credentials and degrees. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program application deadline is January 3, 2023. Details for the Accelerate U RBT program are the following: • Program is 4-5 months long o 6 weeks of RBT training prep o 12 week PAID working practicum o 6 week undergraduate course in a related field • Program comes with 25 transferable college credits • Program is at NO COST to fully Pell Grant eligible learners • Program is led by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and is primarily online • Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent • Each Accelerate U learner is paired with a dedicated career coach • Training portion is fully online Feel free to reach out to Angel Alcazar, Director of Outreach for any questions!
