8 year old yorkie male looking for a good quiet home

Please read the entire post before contacting me as I want to make sure he is well taken care of and goes to the right forever home. Gizmo is a 4.5lb male yorkie.he is not neutered. He is 8 years old and needs a nice quiet home where he can snuggle on the couch and go for walks. He likes to have his space and doesn’t like to be picked up so no kids. He’s an old soul and is an affectionate dog when he wants to be. He gets stressed out Growls when he wants his space. He does not like when you pick him up he will be snappy. He would do best as the only dog but is good around female dogs. I’m looking for a quiet home preferably with a yard. Gizmo loves his crate and treats it as a safe hide out. He loves to go for walks and doesn’t bark. Rehoming fee of $200 to ensure he isn’t dumped on the side of the road or resold. We are in no rush to rehome and I do want to find the right home for him.
