Hopkins Glass & Shower Door in Hopkins, MN is looking to hire a full-time Residential Installer to install custom glass shower doors and mirrors. We would be willing to train the right person in any or all aspects of this positon. This position would be responsiable for the following: *Install custom frameless heavy glass shower enclosures and mirrors *Inspecte size and quality of glass *Loading install van with glass to install and supplies needed for installs *Light fabrication of Mirrors and Float glass *Comunicate with customers and other coworks on status of job and any issues *Troubleshoot and strive to resolve any instalation problems that may occur in the field Qualifications *Mechanically inclinded and capable of accurately using a tape measure and performing precie addition and subtraction calculations using fractions. *Understanding of glass products and installation a plus but not required *Attention to detail and a desire to do high quality work *Physically capable of performing the work, including the ability to lift of to 75lbs unassisted *Must maintain a valid licence to drive Schedule Monday-Thrusday 7:30-4:00 Friday- 7:30-1:00 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Hopkins, MN 55343: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Glass installation: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location
