I have a project in Aurora Starting in January 2023. I need 2 plumbers for this project. One of those plumbers needs to have some experience. The other plumber can be brand new to the trade.
The project is re-water piping 185 apartments. 1 apartment per day for the next 185 week days. The project will take almost 10 months.
The work is very routine. The job everyday will likely take less then 8 hours but I will pay you for at least 8 hours every day. For example, if it only takes you 4 hours to re-pipe an apartment, I will still pay you for 8 hours.
If the daily job takes longer then 8 hours then I will pay time and a half per hour for Overtime.
